- 1858 – JD Randall Machine Co founded in Cincinnati Ohio. Manufacturer of machines for leather harness, horse collars, and allied trades.
- 1879 – Charles F. Bosworth of Connecticut founds Bosworth Machine Co. Makers of sewing machines for leather and straw hats.
- 1880 – Duncan H Campbell of Rhode Island applies for first patent of the Campbell Lockstitch sewing machine for harness and heavy leather trades.
- 1882 – Campbell Machine Company founded
- 1898 – Campbell-Bosworth Machinery Co. is incorporated
- 1905 – Patent applied for Union Lockstitch Sewing
- 1911 – Landis Machine Co. patents applied Landis #3
- 1981 – Campbell Bosworth Machine Co. moves to Fort Lauderdale, FL
- 1996 – Connie Naegle, President of Naegle’s Industrial Leather Machinery, moves the family business to Yoakum, TX, the heart of western leather goods manufacturing.
- 1999 – Naegle’s ILM aquires Campbell Bosworth Machine Co and moves the company southeast Texas.
- 2006 – Naegle’s ILM aquires Randall Leather Machinery of NY.
