30-Day Guarantee

We strive to carry a wide range of quality leather hand tools, supplies, and equipment to meet the needs of our customers. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with all or part of your order, please let us know within 30 days. We will refund the full purchase price of any new and unused item returned within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you. We cannot accept returns of custom orders or modified items. Unused Items returned after 30 days will be refunded, less a 20% restocking charge. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your receipt, or no refund will be issued. The customer is liable for the return shipment and packaging. Items that are damaged due to improper packaging are not eligible for a full refund.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we’ll give you your money back – guaranteed. Just return any new and unused item to us within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you, and we’ll refund the full purchase price. We cannot accept returns of custom orders or refund shipping costs.

Parts & Equipment

Parts and machinery are warranted against manufacturers defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any other circumstance. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturers’ instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer is not eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.

Campbell-Randall’s liability for loss or damage, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price, or at our option, repair or replacement of the part (s). We shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

We cannot accept returns on custom ordered, custom manufactured, or modified parts. Videos and parts manuals cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tools & Supplies

Osborne Tools: “We will replace, free of charge, any tool which may prove unsatisfactory in performance is sent in for inspection, transportation prepaid. Tools which are known to have given reasonable service, or have been misused, or damaged, will not be considered defective.”
