Automatic Belt Loading Machine

The SERVER automatically loads straps in a working line. It is supplied with two lateral loaders that can carry straps up to a maximum load height of 500mm (about 170 straps), and one swinging bar with six pneumatic cylinders (with adjustable position) that picks up the strap from the loader and feeds it into the next station. Fully automatic loading cycle. The operator chooses from which side the machine will begin to work. As the straps from the first side run out, the swinging bar moves automatically to the opposite side and the first support returns at the loading position. The SERVER is equipped with four rotating wheels, two of which are equipped with brakes.
