Automatic Dual Head Burnishing Machine

Burnishes, and polishes both strap edges in one operation. Designed for processing belt edges and sides of shoulder-straps for handbags in leather and synthetics. The FCE is equipped with one set of burnishing wheels adjustable in all positions. Adjustable belt transport speed. Working station equipped with dust vacuum. Mounted on the front, the AP unit is designed to grind/polish tips, or other curved shapes. The operator prepares the tip on AP unit and then introduces the belt into the guides. While he is wait­ing for the first belt to process he can immediately prepare tip of second belt and so on. Estimated daily output of over 3000 straps from 40” to 47” (1000-1200mm) long.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

Model RC-105 edge painter or RC-150 tip painter for a completely finished strap. The painters can be easily removed for cleaning without any wrenches. A variety of inking wheels are available.

MODEL LCS2

The LCS2 is available with many of the same features, but utilizes a heated wheel (up to 220°C or 428°F) for Hot Glazing applications.
