Automatic Four Head Burnishing & Glazing Machine
Designed for the edges of belts or straps, the LCS2+2 incorporates the time proven method of traditional burnishing machines, with the process of the hot glazing.
Hot glazing uses heated profiled tools (fitted to the product). Hot glazing has been proven to produce a quality product and reducing working times. Electronically adjustable transport speed.
Front wheels provide the glazing application, and the rear wheels polish the final edge. The same double application can be manually applied with independent units mounted on the front.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:
Model RC-105 edge painter or RC-150 tip painter for a completely finished strap. The painters can be easily removed for cleaning without any wrenches. A variety of inking wheels are available.
