MODEL FCA-93PR
The FCA-93PR is designed for high speed manufacturing of leather or synthetic belts. In one cycle, the machine perforates both ends of the belt, cuts the belt to length, and embosses (with or without foil) the logo and item number exactly to the operators pre-programmed specifications. The belt is automatically transported through machine during each cycle.
The FCA-93 is a hydraulic press controlled by an easy to program microprocessor with data display and keypad. It is possible to program the belt size, quantity required, stamping time, machine stop etc. and storage of up to 500 working programs. Estimated output 4500 pieces in an 8 hour day.
The cutting and punching dies work on a hardened steel base and are supported by an efficient waste ejection system. The work plate features self-centering guides that allows the material to cut in a maximum width of 3-1/8” (80mm). All equipment is built according to current CE standards.
