Automatic Cutting-Stamping Machine
An automatic and easy to program machine, the TSP-05 has two work stations, for cutting and hot stamping loops, zip-pullers and small labels of pre-cut or rolled materials. Work either in the center of the cut material or in a programmable position. The front working station is situated the cutting while in the rear carries the stamp-holder group.
The machine is controlled by a simple PLC, with one modifiable program for a completely automatic function, leaving the operator only the task of loading the material. The machine can utilize straight blades (i.e. for the cutting of simple loops) or dies with shaped blades (i.e. for the cutting of zip-pullers or labels). Tooling is easy to change and works against a steel surface. It is possible to independently regulate the stamping depth in relation to the material thickness. The same tool is then able to stamp materials of various thickness, without having adjusting it between jobs. Built to current safety standards.
