Belt Edge Painting Machine

PAINTS BOTH BELT EDGES & POINT IN ONE OPERATION!

This practical and easy-to-handle machine is designed for applications in belts, shoulder straps, tack, harness, and leather good strips in general. The material is fed through the machine and the belt edges are simultaneously painted on both sides. Equipped with a dual speed control to adjust the speed: slow speed for tips while the speed is automatically increase for the sides.

• Uses water based, self-polishing dye.
• All components are in compliance with current safety regulations.
• Average dyeing time 3-4 seconds on 40” (1 m) belts.
• Material guides and painting rollers easy to interchange
• Custom shaped painting rollers available to perfectly paint the various edges
• The pressure of the painting rollers can be adjusted for the material.

• Machine stand with adjustable height
• Special order strap width up to 130mm (5-1/8”) on request
• Combine with a drying oven increase production speed
